Development process
Development Process
A clear seven-stage delivery process that connects discovery, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
From business context to dependable delivery
The process is adapted to the product, but the underlying discipline remains consistent: understand the problem, make decisions visible, build in manageable increments, and verify the result before release.
1. Discovery
We clarify users, business goals, existing systems, constraints, risks, and the evidence needed to make the next decision.
2. Solution Planning
We define the useful scope, priorities, delivery approach, dependencies, and acceptance expectations.
3. UX and Technical Architecture
User flows, information structure, system boundaries, data movement, integrations, and security considerations are planned together.
4. Development
The product is implemented in reviewable increments with visible progress and controlled changes.
5. Testing and Quality Assurance
Critical workflows, responsive behavior, accessibility, security-sensitive paths, error handling, and release criteria are checked in proportion to risk.
6. Deployment
We prepare the release, environment configuration, operational checks, and handover information needed for a controlled launch.
7. Ongoing Support
After release, support can include monitoring, maintenance, issue resolution, technical guidance, and prioritized improvements.
- 01
Discovery
Understand the product before prescribing the solution.
We clarify the users, business objective, current system, constraints, existing assets and the problem that actually needs to be solved.
- 02
Scope & solution planning
Turn the problem into an implementable plan.
We define the relevant flows, dependencies, integration boundaries and delivery scope so decisions are visible before code expands.
- 03
UX & technical planning
Align the user experience with the technical architecture.
Interface decisions, data flow and engineering structure are planned together when the project needs both design and development.
- 04
Implementation
Build in controlled, reviewable increments.
The product is implemented against the agreed scope while keeping code ownership, integrations and maintainability visible.
- 05
Verification
Check the flows that matter before release.
Testing focuses on agreed functionality, regressions, integration behavior and release blockers relevant to the project.
- 06
Release or handover
Move the agreed work into production responsibly.
Release, store submission, deployment, documentation or handover are handled according to the scope. Ongoing support can continue after launch when the product needs further iteration, maintenance or growth.
