How DevotionNext collects, uses, protects and discloses personal information across its website, software development, AI and automation services.
Last updated: October 4, 2026
DevotionNext (“DevotionNext”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information in connection with our website, business operations, software-development services, AI and automation services, and related professional services.
This policy applies to website visitors, prospective and existing clients, business contacts, and other people who interact directly with DevotionNext. When we process personal information solely on behalf of a client while delivering software, AI, automation, integration, or related services, the client generally determines the purposes and means of that processing and DevotionNext generally acts as a processor, service provider, or contractor as applicable.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your name, company or organization, business email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, professional role, project requirements, messages, files, documents, screenshots, technical specifications, meeting information, billing or transaction-related information, support requests, and other information you choose to provide.
Please do not send passwords, API keys, payment-card data, private credentials, or other highly sensitive information unless it is genuinely required for an agreed service and an appropriate secure transfer method has been arranged.
Business and professional information
For legitimate business-to-business outreach and relationship management, we may obtain professional contact information from publicly available company websites, professional directories, business networking platforms, public professional profiles, referrals, and other lawful business sources. This may include a person’s name, professional role, company, publicly available business contact details, and information relevant to a potential business relationship.
Website and technical information
When you use our website, we may collect technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages or features used, timestamps, approximate geographic region, diagnostic information, and cookie or similar technology information.
2. How we use personal information
We may use personal information to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, communicate with clients and prospects, provide software-development and automation services, configure AI and voice systems, integrate APIs and business systems, test and troubleshoot products, provide technical support, administer contracts and billing, protect our systems, improve our website and services, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, protect our rights, and conduct proportionate business-to-business outreach.
3. Legal bases where applicable
Where laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR apply, we may rely on one or more lawful bases including performance of a contract or steps requested before entering a contract, legitimate interests, consent, compliance with legal obligations, and the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims. The applicable basis depends on the context and purpose of the processing.
4. Software, AI, and automation services
Our services may involve mobile and web applications, backend systems, APIs, workflow automation, n8n or similar automation tools, AI agents, large-language-model integrations, voice AI, CRM integrations, email automation, webhooks, cloud infrastructure, and related technologies.
Client systems may process information such as customer enquiries, business contact details, booking information, conversation content, workflow instructions, email content, support requests, structured business records, and technical system data. We process client-controlled information only as needed to perform the agreed work and according to the client’s documented instructions and applicable contractual terms.
DevotionNext does not intentionally use confidential client information to train our own general-purpose artificial-intelligence models.
5. Voice AI and telephony
DevotionNext may design or integrate voice AI and telephony systems for clients. These systems may process live audio, caller information, telephone numbers, booking or request information, transcripts, and call metadata where required to provide the requested functionality.
DevotionNext does not record phone calls as part of its own business operations or standard client implementations, and we do not retain call-audio recordings. A voice system may process live audio or generate a transcript in real time when technically required to respond to the caller. The client remains responsible for ensuring that its use of any voice or transcription functionality is lawful and appropriately disclosed.
6. Client data and our service-provider role
When a client gives us access to systems containing personal information and we process that information only to deliver the contracted service, DevotionNext generally acts as a processor, service provider, or contractor. We seek to limit processing to agreed purposes, restrict access to people who need it, apply reasonable safeguards, use approved subprocessors where necessary, and delete or return client information when required by the applicable agreement and law.
Where appropriate, these responsibilities may be documented in a Data Processing Agreement or equivalent contractual terms.
7. Google Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the DevotionNext website and to improve website performance, content, and user experience. Google Analytics may process information such as device and browser characteristics, page and event interactions, approximate location derived from network information, and other usage data.
Our website integration is intended for analytics rather than personalised advertising. We do not use Google Analytics to sell personal information or to share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential analytics cookies or similar technologies, Google Analytics should load only after the visitor accepts analytics tracking.
You can reject non-essential analytics through the website’s cookie choices where available and can also use browser controls to manage cookies. For more information about Google’s handling of information, see Google’s Privacy Policy.
8. Email and business outreach
We may contact businesses and professional contacts about services that we reasonably believe may be relevant to their organization. Marketing communications will identify the sender and provide an appropriate way to stop future marketing messages. If you opt out, we may retain a minimal suppression record so that we can honour the request.
9. How we disclose information
We may disclose personal information to service providers and subprocessors that help us operate our business or deliver client work, including hosting and cloud providers, email and collaboration platforms, analytics providers, development and software platforms, database and storage providers, AI and machine-learning providers, automation platforms, telecommunications providers, payment and accounting providers, security providers, professional advisers, and authorized subcontractors.
We may also disclose information when required by law, court order, regulatory process, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or property. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to applicable legal requirements.
10. No sale or advertising-data sharing
DevotionNext does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for personalised advertising or cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not operate as a consumer data broker. If our practices materially change, we will update this policy and provide any legally required choices before the new practice applies.
11. International processing
DevotionNext may work with clients and technology providers located in different countries, so personal information may be processed outside the country where it was collected. Where applicable law restricts international transfers, we seek to use legally recognized safeguards such as adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, or other valid mechanisms where required.
12. Data retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including delivering services, maintaining client relationships and business records, complying with legal, tax, accounting, or contractual requirements, resolving disputes, and protecting our systems and rights.
Retention periods depend on the type of information, purpose of collection, client instructions, legal requirements, security needs, and whether an ongoing business relationship exists. When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete, anonymize, or securely archive it as appropriate.
13. Information security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, or loss. Depending on the project, safeguards may include access controls, authentication, encryption where appropriate, secure transmission, least-privilege access, updates and dependency management, backups, monitoring, secure credential handling, and testing.
No internet transmission, software system, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
14. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, data portability, withdrawal of consent, information about disclosures, opt-out of certain marketing, or other rights. These rights are not absolute and may be subject to legal exceptions.
To make a privacy request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.
15. California privacy rights
If California privacy law applies to our processing, eligible California residents may have rights including the right to know, access, delete, and correct certain personal information; opt out of certain sales or sharing; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information where applicable; and receive non-discriminatory treatment for exercising applicable privacy rights. DevotionNext does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
16. Children
DevotionNext provides professional software-development and automation services and does not intentionally direct this website or our business-development activities to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us improperly, please contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
17. Third-party websites and services
Our website may link to third-party websites, applications, app stores, client products, or technology services. Those third parties independently control their privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their privacy notices before providing personal information.
18. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, technologies, data practices, or legal obligations change. We will update the “Last updated” date when we make changes and provide additional notice where required.
