Overview

The product.

Retailplanner is an Android workforce-planning application for employees whose employer uses the Retailplanner platform. It gives staff mobile access to planned work hours, availability, leave information, team planning, and employer communication.

What the product needed to solve.

Retail teams need schedules, availability, leave requests, and day-to-day communication to stay current across fixed employees, students, and flexi-job workers. The mobile experience needed to make these recurring workforce tasks accessible away from a desktop planning system.
